This official app allows you to track your orders, create, and respond to support tickets. You can even scan barcodes and take photos of your received packages and upload them for support.

Note 1: to receive new arrivals push notification, please login to your FastTech Account (via browser) > Profile and subscribe to the New Arrivals Newsletters.

Note 2: Camera permission is required so you can capture package/product photo and attach them to your support tickets in-app.
